1. Purpose – These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the PLASMA 2026 registration website and services.
2. Acceptance – Registration constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Eligibility – Reserved for healthcare professionals (hematologists, oncologists, pharmacists, specialized nurses) and pharmaceutical industry representatives.
4. Registration – Valid upon submission of the form and payment confirmation (if applicable). Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Fees & Payment – Fees are listed on the registration page. Payments are processed via a secure gateway. Bank charges must be borne by the participant.
6. Cancellations/Refunds – Must be notified by email. Refunds subject to deadlines/fees. No refunds within 30 days of the event.
7. Program Changes – Organizers may modify the program if required, without compromising quality.
8. Liability – Organizers are not liable for injury, loss, or property damage. Participants must arrange their own insurance.
9. Data Protection – Personal data will only be used for PLASMA 2026 administration and accreditation.
10. Jurisdiction – Governed by UAE law; disputes fall under the courts of Dubai.
